How do I mass enroll Students in PowerSchool? ›

Type the PowerSchool URL into the address bar of your browser and press “Enter.” Click on “Student Access.” The Username and Password fields will display on-screen. Enter your PowerSchool login credentials, then click “Submit.” In most cases, the Username will be your Student ID number.

Once you sign in to the web portal, you should be able to see the Account Preferences on the left menu. Click on it. Under Account Preferences, click on the Students tab. Now click on the Add + button and enter the Access ID and password for your student provided by your school or district.

Great for overall attendance, student records, and grading. Fairly easy to use for K-12 education. Attendance is a breeze and helps maintain accurate class grades and records.

Click on “Select Students by Hand”. Holding down the COMMAND key you can select the students for the teacher you are working on. Click on Functions > Schedule Mass Enroll.

Click on a student's name and drag it into the group.

You can use CTRL-click to add multiple students. If you don't see any student names, you probably have the group set to Filter Selected. You need to switch it to Highlight Selected so you can see all of the students and then drag some of them into the group.
