We have up to 50 TON JACKS to lift and level your floors (saggy floors)
We also install block and brick columns with proper footings when lifting or supporting floor systems. We dont use temporary metal screw Jack's for columns.

Reason NOT to encapsulate:
Mold will grow behind foam boards on damp cement block and brick
Tape and plastic doesn't last a life time (very costly)
HVAC must be kept at certain temperature to work
Or dehumidifier must be used, both monthly cost. ($$$$$$)
If you dry out flooring to much it can shrink and separate.

Most of the time water can be stopped from entering crawlspace.
Then you just need to put a vapor barrier on ground (low cost)
Seal all HVAC duct if leaking, this saves $$$ in electric.
If you dont stop water penetration into crawlspace foundation can be undermined where clay/dirt gets soft and foundation starts to settle with foundation cracking, doors / windows dont close properly
So stop water - then vapor barrier and low cost exhaust fan (same consumption as a florescent light)

INSPECTION ===== THIS MEANS YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND YOU NEED US TO COME OUT AND TELL YOU WHAT THE PROBLEM IS (inspection), so for this service we charge an assessment $$$$$ FEE $$$$$$, which will be subtracted from contract if we perform the work. but if you know the problem and need a verbal estimate that part is FREE
