Its recipe can only be found inside a Waterlogged Psijic Satchel which can be obtained by fishing on Artaeum only. Unlike regular recipes, the Artaeum Takeaway Broth recipe is account-bound on pickup, meaning it cannot be traded or sold.

Artaeum a zone in The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset and is the third largest island in the Summerset Isles, once situated south of Summerset and Auridon. The only way to enter Artaeum for the first time is through the Keep of the Eleven Forces, or by teleporting to a group member.
